Sophia Kaufman is an editor in New York. She is currently acquiring fiction and nonfiction at a major publishing house, co-editing the digital literary magazine Angel Food, and occasionally moonlighting as a used/rare book library buyer at the independent bookstore of the Upper West Side, Book Culture. She has previously worked as a reader for New York Review Books and The Paris Review.
